I worked closely with Steve Hoskinson in planning and launching the OI educational trajectory, the different credentialing levels, setting ethics guidelines for OI Coaches, requirements for maintaining certification, co-authoring the first academic, peer-reviewed, and published writing on OI, writing and editing materials for coaches in training (e.g., lecture content, the OI glossary), and thinking through OI concepts clearly and precisely.

I was a philosophy professor (PhD in philosophy), specializing in ethics, and also served U.S. natural security as a computer programmer (Top Secret security clearance, the highest level).
